To be honest I don't know, I am so totally lost at this point. Can you tell me how to add a sound track to a slide show?
I would be forever greatful!

As it says in the Help File:

Setting voice objects

To use voice in photos you need to have a sound card installed on your computer.

To add a voice comment to a photo, view the photo on the Photos tab and click the Speaker icon in the bottom left corner of the right window section or press Ctrl+W.

A dialog will open in which you can click Record… and record a new comment via microphone (MAX. 3 MINUTES) or click Browse… and select a sound or voice file stored on your computer. The file can appear in the following formats: *.WMA, *.MP3, *.WAV, etc.

I have not tried it myself but don't think it will work very well with "continuous music".
