IP Filtering

I want to block 172.16.2.73 and 172.16.2.52 machines from Internet.

I tried IP Filter Configuration but it doesnt work.

Any Help ?

Also I want other way ..I meant to say...I want to give access to 172.16.2.73 and 172.16.2.52 machines ONLY to Internet.

Any Help ?
