Anti-Spam vs Whitelist
Posted by  joseph flockerzi  on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at 1:56:36 PM (EST)
I have some e-mail addresses that are being blocked by the Anti-Spam list. I have some users that have known good addresses with these domains. I have tried to add them to the whitelist but they are still blocked. Is there any way around this other than removing the Anti-spam DNS-BL lookups?

You'll have to remove the blacklist that is blocking them. The problem is the global and personal blacklists/whitelists reject/accept the e-mail (helo) command, while the DNSbl lists actually reject the connection. These two different methods of anti-spam don't talk to each other.
