Am I being used to send spam?

I got a reply "your message could not be delivered" to an email I know I did not send. Is my 602LanSuite being used, via my broadband connection, to send spam? How can I configure it not to send spam?
I think the software is brilliant, it does so much but I need to know more about protecting myself, and the web, so I would appreciate any suggestions.

Probably not if you don't see anything in your log file. It's probably either a virus or some spammer using random e-mail addresses. I get both of these kind of things all the time.
