Virus in ..\lansuite\io\internet
Posted by  Mario Nava  on Tuesday, December 07, 2004 at 12:04:42 PM (EST)
We configured Lansuite 2004 (antivirus version) only for smtp and pop3 services.
Nor for proxy neither for firewall.
HTTP (port 80) is disable
Only HTTPS (port 443) is enabled.
How is possible that Symantec Antivirus 9.0 has found a file with a virus W32.Netsky.Z@mm!enc in directory C:\program files\lansuite\io\internet ???
Who can be write in this directory ???
The virus is date 07/12/2004 so its a new file for sure !!!
Regards
Mario Nava

Lansuite itself wrote there i would guess.

It has to store the message before processing it further.

/me lets infected messages be deleted by default. :)

Or, you can exclude that dir in NAV
