From the help files: "If the paper size you are looking to use is not listed, then it will need to be installed in Windows before you can use it. Custom paper sizes are not supported at this time in Print2PDF." Arch E1 (30"x42") isn't listed; it's the most common plot size in this part of the country, for civil, topo & architectural -- how do I "install it in windows"? It _is_ listed as a choice on our HP750C plotter driver in AutoCAD -- is there something I'm missing?

It's listed in my print pack as "Arch E1 30 x 42 in". There's also an "Arch E 36 x 48 in" listed there as well. Both are towards the bottom of the list.

I'm stumped. It's not there on mine. I have 'E size sheet' (34" x 44") and 'Arch E' (36" x 48"). Did you have to do any configuring to get Arch E1 or ???

Hmm..Have you tried installing a bogus drafting printer to see if that fixes it? I think that's what I did to get mine. You might also want to try uninstalling/reinstalling Print Pack, maybe it's not picking up any changes to the paper selection or something like that.

Thanks! That did it (setting up a dummy printer). Cheers, Randy
