correct date field

for free 602 text ,how do I set the correct date field, when i pull insert date it has none

That is done through your Regional settings in Windows (look in your Control Panel), but the "date" form field will only use the "short date" (usally something like "mm-dd-yyyy") options in the Regional Settings. To my knowledge, there is no way to insert a long date (like "Friday August 20, 2004") without just typing it manually.

That is what you should get. The {date} tag will be replaced when you print it. If you don't want to print it and have the date appear without printing, then just type out the date.
