Error initializing SMTP port

I have re-installed this twice now and still get this message...

I can get mail in but not out. If I change the outgoing SMTP addressin Outlook to the ISP's it works fine. But if I change this to the Lan Suite address it saiys message is undeliverable which I assume is to do with the SMTP error mesage in the lan suite...

You've got some other application on port 25. This could be another SMTP server (if you're running IIS, check for the SMTP service in your services control panel), some kind of virus that sends mail via SMTP, or an anti-virus program that listens on port 25 for mail.
