In the Administration of the lan suite active reports it says
Unassigned sender SMTP addresses:
address1
address2
Use Settings to assign users.
i have already made the users and the email address the is shown by address1 and address2?
nb. please replace address1 and address2 with real email address.

If you look in the manual, near the bottom, it talks about active reports and assigning emial addresses.
