Anyone know what program )or OLE)is needed so that the fax gateway will accept PDF file formats?

I don't know if Adobe has a OLE for acrobat or not. You might want to check with them and see what they have to say.
We had this problem before and I got around it by using the send fax client which converts the document print output to a fax.
