Twice (out of 3 attempts) the Print Pack crashes and deletes all of my installed printers. I reboot once, they do not return. I reboot a second time, and my printers return. Anyone seen this before? Refund request pending.

I have not seen print pack delete printers before, but an error message would go a long way to help me find you an answer. The most common thing I've seen with Print Pack is an error with the printer spooler caused by old printer drivers not designed for Windows 2000 and especially Windows XP.

This may happen when you do not follow the installation instruction. After 602PRINT PACK is installed you should reboot your computer before you use driver. This is printer driver and need to be correctly install within operating system before it can be used. There is even warning about it on last page of installation process. Pete
