We are using separate email accounts (let's call them "@isp.com"), including some for some company branches. We want to point our "@company.com domain" email record to a specific isp mail server, and collect them all from there and distribute them internally and forward them to our branches. Our branches will still keep their original "@isp.com" email accounts. Accounts have been set up for the branches in LS2004. I have applied mail rules to forward their mail to "@isp.com". Their alias is "@company.com". Problem is : When I send an email internally to them, it does not forward. The queue shows them there, but it indicates 0-attempts. I have set up the email forwarding as per instructions on this site. any possible solutions? Thanks.

would you mind telling me how you corrected this problem. I am having a similar problem with aliases not forward myself. Thanks in advance.

I did not have the field "User may send internet messages" checked. If this is not checked in the user setup, the email will ot be forwarded (sent).
