I reformated my hard drive, I reinstalled Print Pack 3 and now have no 602Print Pack printers listed in my list of printers. The configuration window comes up blank also. I've uninstalled 3 times and downloaded the installation program twice. Prior to reformatting the drive I had no problems with the Print Pack. Any suggestions?

Do you have any other printers installed? I've seen this happen once or twice when there were no printers installed. Print Pack needs to have a printer, even if it's unavailable, installed because it needs the appropriate printer registry keys.

Thanks for the reply and yes, I have an ink jet. I was able to fix the problem a few days ago by reformatting the hard drive a 2nd time and installing everything.
