Thanks a million Paul, as soon as I find the time I'm gonna give it a try. If it works the way I want we're gonna buy the full package with virus scanner. If it doesn't, we're forced to look elsewhere (maybe Visnetic?).
After all, I can't really understand why the folks at 602 sell support as an extra instead of -giving- you support on a product bought from them? Just wonder if this normal on a product like this?

Selling support is more and more commonplace..and especially with discount software vendors and ISPs. It helps keep costs down.. PeoplePC's ISP, for example, which is quickly becoming a popular ISP in the US charges $1.95/minute for support.

Microsoft won't talk to you about a support issue unless you cough up some money..and for programming issues it's WAY expensive, like $350 an hour last time I checked!

No problem Harry. Glad to be of help. I have been using Lansuite Anti Virus version for over 12 months now. have recently upgraded to 2004 version and have had no problems. I would recommend it.
