Some of our email comes back undelivered because our domain does not have a reverse DNS entry. Where is this entry made? Thank you for your assistance.

You will have to talk to your ISP to set up a reverse DNS entry. The ISP you got your IP address from, controls that IP. So only they can create a reverse entry

Note that this is usually called a PTR record. Russell is correct though, your DNS administrator or hosting provider will need to set this up.

Thank you. I have contacted Sprint who is the provider of our private line and the ip in question.
