602Tab Number Format Question
Posted by  Robert Carter  on Sunday, March 28, 2004 at 12:37:50 PM (EST)
All default number formating seems to force the input entry of the non-signicicant zero to the left of a decimal data value (IE, you must type "0.50" vs just typing ".50"). Failure to type the zero left of the decimal point results in the entry aligning to the cell left (vs right)and being ignored by all formula calculations. Is there a way around this?

Yep. the way around it is to type "0.50", using your example. You have to remember, this is not excel..while it looks a lot like it, if it was a clone, I'm sure Software602 would have a lawsuit on their hands.
