Registration problem

I purchased two 602PC Suite 4.0 licences, one for each of my laptop and desktop computers. I just downloaded and installed the 26 March update on my laptop. It refused my licence ID. I went online to the Registration Manager, which tells me that I have no products registered. How can this be? What the hell have I paid for?

I managed to resolve my problem. Attempting to register from the Registration Manager did not work. Trying to register from the 602Text registration screen did not work; all I got was the message in my browser that the requested page was inaccessible. Finally managed to register using the manual registration screen on the 602 site.

My problem is simply that I'm not receiving my email with the license ID! I've re-registered half a dozen times but still no email! What could it be?
