Lansuite 2004 SMTP Anti-Virus hangs

When I access SMTP Anti-Virus locally from desktop...all works fine but when I remote access Lansuite 2004, all works Ok EXCEPT when I select SMTP Anti-Virus, Lansuite crashes and must be stopped and restarted locally.

OS is Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition and I have clean re-installed OS a number of times with combinations of Stand Alone, Active Direcory, w/DNS, w/o DNS & Lansuite 2004 always having this same problem.

I don't understand what you mean when you say you're "select[ing] SMTP Anti-Virus". What are you clicking on and where?

when I access Lansuite 2004 from another computer thru IE and go to "Setup> Anti-spam> SMTP Anti-spam", Lansuite crashes and must be restarted locally in order to work. if I access SMTP Anti-spam from local host desktop, all is well & w/o issue...

?????????????

PS: These are problems that I never encountered with Windows 2000 and previous versions of Lansuite...???

I will check this on my client's computer when I go out there today to install some workstations for them, but I can do it just fine on my Win2000 test box. Maybe it's related to the other problem you are having.
