running servlet

Do we need to have jswdk installed before we can run jsp or java servlet?

If a web page uses java or jave scripting, yes you will need a Java engine installed.

But be carefull in trying to run java applets. LS2003 does not support them. This are a couple of threads about talking about web pages trying to load 'Jave Applets', and they will not load.
