I have downloaded 602 PC Suite
specially for 602Text, because while working with MS Word the ventilator is running all the time. It doesnt't with MS Excel.
Question :
May I uninstall MS Word by keeping
all my MS Words-files? Or should I leave as is ?

Leave it installed! I've used computers for longer than I generally care to admit (hint: first one was a Univac); never burn the barn down.
