Is it possible to format the text in a cell to link to another worksheet? I kept timecards for 30 employees in an xls file with one worksheet being the overview that displayed to date totals by name. Each name was a book mark that took me to the worksheet for that employee. Staffing has changed with the new year can I recreate this in a 602 file?

Have you tried reading the XLS file directly into 602? The method of referencing is very similar and when I tried it, 602 translated OK. If you're doing it manually, the syntax is ='SheetName'!Cellref, e.g. ='sheet2'!C6 to read the contents of C6 on Sheet2. Excel doesn't use the apostrophes.

Thak you for the response. Yes, it did transfer from the xls, but I needed to create new links for new employees. I am now able to do that.
