No Product ID after uninstall/re..

OK... uninstalled software 602 and reinstalled on same machine. Home...free version. Now when program asks if I want to register... I saw yes.. and yes I have a license ID.
Open the window and product ID number is blank. Put License ID in proper place and hit ok. Says I am registered. However... each time I open one of the suite programs I am asked if I want to register again. Have been to the support web site to try to un=register.... but don't have a product ID... only a license ID. What's next?
