SMTP Error

Hi

I am trying to set up Lan suite 2003 - at the mo can get other machines to view internet and to receive emails. However, I get the following error when trying to send.

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'carl@keanecreative.co.uk'. Subject 'test', Account: 'cfcooke', Server: '192.168.0.1', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '551 carl@keanecreative.co.uk We do not relay', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 551, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Any help greatly appreciated.

Re 551: We do not relay - I have found a way to solve this problem.

Do NOT remove the tick from "Relay for 602LAN SUITE users only", this could leaev you at risk to spammers exploiting your SMTP server as an open relay.

Instead, add the full email address to the aliases section in the user administration screen.
Your emails will go out unhindered
