I would check your machines out for malware/spyware/trojans. It seems like you have a keyboard logger on a machine.
If a machine is not protected it can get taken over by a netbot. A single person...

It could be some service running on one of the computers or some spyware that your LanSuite is acting as a proxy for. Other than that, you didn't really give enough information for me to help you.

My thoughts lean towards the XP machine being infected with a virus/trojan/spyware. LanSuite does not have the means to change dialup names/passwords; only the users you define in it.

I would surjest scaning both computers with Adaware and Spybot. You may have a trojan or malware/spyware or your systems.
