If header is empty, your bayesian is not working. Check the seetings, or try new 5.0 version. It has better anstispam options on SMTP settigns.

Problem is probably in your SMTP settings. Be sure, that you still have valid domain name here and do not have a checkmark on "Block if sender e-mail domain is not found in DNS'. No need to roll back ...

check your IP filters. Also, i had to enable smtp authorization in order to send emails from domains other than what the server has, like my personal email.

I have had some problems with the sending of emails, but you should set the accounts pop to download the messages from your ISP and on the list of registered users pointing them to their account.
