You might need to put your ftp client in passive mode or seach the knowledge base for how to map a link to your client workstation.

It uses FTP. Are you using a http:// address? You might want to check with whoever's hosting your web page for the ftp address.

I used the ftp:// and the http:// options. Either way the same error message. Also tried https://, no change.

I have Content Filter activated.
I have a whitelist rule which applies on a given IP, so this IP has full access to anywhere.

I have the same problem - can only ftp from the machine that LanSuite is installed on. Does anyone have an answer?
