I asked the developers same question. Apparently the directories are virtual, embedded inside a database so external access is not an option. Pain in the butt, all entries must be ftp uploaded/downloa...

does anyone know the ftp "documents" and "public" folder paths...??? I can access them thru web browser but can't locate them...

Hello. We are using Groupware Server 6 with FTP server enabled. We are using it also in big file transfers with our clients & suppliers. But the problem is, server do not restrict the anonymous access...

You might need to put your ftp client in passive mode or seach the knowledge base for how to map a link to your client workstation.

It uses FTP. Are you using a http:// address? You might want to check with whoever's hosting your web page for the ftp address.

I used the ftp:// and the http:// options. Either way the same error message. Also tried https://, no change.
