Yeah, probably because you have to start the prnpack.exe file. You might want to check out the Citrix/Terminal Services guides for some hints on how to do this. I don't have any exprience with this pe...

I have been unable to provide GoToAssist access to an outside vendor coming through LanSuite 2004. It will only work on the server that LanSuite is installed on.
Has anyone else experienced this...
