Probably not if you don't see anything in your log file. It's probably either a virus or some spammer using random e-mail addresses. I get both of these kind of things all the time.

We configured Lansuite 2004 (antivirus version) only for smtp and pop3 services.
Nor for proxy neither for firewall.
HTTP (port 80) is disable
Only HTTPS (port 443) is enabled.

LANSuite, Norton and all of our other important shared data is stored on the same Win2003 Server.
