Are you sure you are not sending it?
Could it be a read receipt from Outlook to a spam email displayed on screen?
Try setting Outlook (or your mail client) to ask before sending read receipt.

You can use any mail server you have authourization to. All though it is labled ISP Server, it makes no difference where the mail server is located. You just need the URL address of the smtp server ...
