Problem is it's a spam message but likely the domain no longer exists. It's an image in the e-mail, so if the domain doesn't exist or the image link is invalid, the mail will appear "blank".

Definitely a client problem and not a Groupware or connector issue. I've seen something like this happen on our ISP mail that is not processed through Groupware, it seems to happen with AOL users more...
