Ok - after a lot of trials, I am convinced this is an MS Outlook issue and NOT LS2004 after all.

Sounds like there's a setting in your IMAP client that is only downloading headers for larger e-mail message. This isn't a problem at all with Groupware, it's a setting on your phone's imap client.

I am not sure about 5.0, but 6.0 include multiple aliases under e-mail address. E.g. If you have two aliases, then setup to export two email addresses, and both will be in csv file.
