Topic is Open I have tried to setup Lan Suite 2003 email and it will not work. Here is the message below from the Lan suite log. Topic is Open Is there anyway that i can limit lansuite to only the email addresses that exist in the users section. All our email come into a single pop3 account at mycompany.com.au and they are then sent to the appropriate user mailbox according to the username. All the email addresses that dont exist all go to me the postmaster. However i would like to limit it to only valid addresses as we get a lot of junk email going to our domain name. Is this possible in 2003. Thanks Invalid Email Addresses

Topic is Open I am running LS2003, and it works perfectly. However recently I tried using audio and video with microsoft messenger and it didnt work. I tried opening mapped links to no avail, and even resorted to downloading every other chat client I could find. Could Anyone tell me how I can get messengers audio and video to work. Topic is Open We have 4 PC's on our LAN with 1 acting as the POP3 administrator running LAN SUITE 2003. My boss wants copies of all email traffic into and out of the office stored on my PC so he can back up all email data. Currently the POP3 setup delivers according to the address on our .co.uk domain. Question - since LS 2003 is handling all the traffic in and out the office anyway, does anyone know of a configuration whereby I can have copies of all emails stored somewhere without having to forwarding them manually from Outlook on my administrator PC? Topic is Open The is a single ip address downloading all the files on my server which he should not be doing. I tried banning this ip but it banns everything unless i enable access to an ip they cannot do anything. Topic is Open We use LS2004 (trial edition) which is set to check our ISP mailbox every 7 minutes using POP3 collection (not via SMTP). Our Outlook Express clients (3 PCs) are set to check their LS mailboxes every 5 minutes. LS retrieves messages and then the Outlook Express clients retrieve these messages from LS first thing in the morning, but thereafter message distribution to the OE clients is very haphazard (sometimes never) and can often take over 2 hours, even though in theory the max delay should be approx 12 minutes. This happens with all messages: 'safe' messages and spam (we have spam filter set to remove messages with dodgy attachments such as pif, com, vbs, etc). Bayesian antispam is turned off. We also had same problem with LS2003 (trial version). Has anybody come across this problem and any solutions? At present it is looking like we will have to remove LS and try alternatives. --Paul delay receiving email
