Topic is Open Has anybody come across the problem where the new message page squashes up to the right. I.E the text body is fine, but the To and CC boxes above are about a CM wide and over to the right. It works fine on the PC's but screws up on the MAC's New Message Problems

Topic is Open How can we reprint a fax that was received by Lan Suite 2003, that was already relayed to an email address. I received a fax and it is in my inbox (MS Outlook 2000). But the fax sheet is a tif file and when I try to open it it seems to stretched out at the side and shrunk from the top/bottom. I had the setting for the fax server to print a fax as it is received and it prints out fine. How can I reprint a fax if I need to? Thaks a lot! Re-print a fax received

Topic is Open Hi I was running LS 2003 for a small office network on a Win NT 4.0 SP 6a Workstation. Now I want to upgrade this machine to Win XP Pro. I put in a new HD and installed XP. I can do a new installation of LS on this but I am afraid that the old mail folders of the users will not be able to be restored. How do I retain the existing folders and mail settings. Any help will be appreciated. Moving LS 2003 to a new machine

Topic is Open Howdy, As you can tell from the subject heading i have a slight problem sending faxes.. - After printing, selecting fax no, and 'Send' this error appears & shuts down the service (note the 602 Server is still up). Subsequent attempts to get it to work fail & even after reconfiguring SMTP support nothing has changed.. Any ideas?? Fax Send - Access Violation @ Address 35C46A07

Topic is Open I was wondering if there is a forum for product enhancement suggestions. Does 602 Software monitor this forum? Because Lansuite does a wonderful job with outlook and e-mail, I was wondering if 602Pro would consider adding a shared calendar to the suite. Something that can Sync with Outlook and Palm desktops would be wonderful. Product enhancements

Topic is Open I'd like to enable all workstations of the internal network to perform pings or traceroute or DNS-Lookups to the internet in a command-shell. The nslookup only works when I enable dns in LanSuite. ping cannot resolve a hostname into an address and tracert neither. Is there a possibility to set LanSuite to perform these types of routing? Maybe I can setup a mapped link to the ISP's DNS-Server or something like this? Regards, Peter settings for ping/tracert/nslookup
