Topic is Open I followed the following instructions below to reinstall Print Pack 2002 on a new notebook computer. However, when i try to register, the registration screen leading up to the point where i input the new key is gray with the letters: RW_1, when i click on next, it says RW_2, when i click on next, it says RW_3, then the following screen is jumbled letters as well, i input the key and the error box states: ! LM_LIDERR3 I've tried removing the program three times and re-installing a fresh copy of pp2002.exe but that doesn't work either. I have a dell latitude pc running XP Professional. Please advise. ====== 602Pro PRINT PACK 2002 can be downloaded from the following URL: http://download.software602.com/archived/pp2002.exe Note that you will need to deactivate your registration key in order to use it again. When the key is deactivated, it will be emailed to you. To deactivate your Registration Key, follow these simple steps: 1.) Go to http://support.software602.com/ 2.) Type your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click LOGIN 3.) Click on REGISTRATION MANAGER 4.) Click on the DEACTIVATE button next to the key you wish to deactivate. The key will be emailed to you. Once you have received your key in email, you may re-register the software using the Registration Key provided to you in the e-mail to obtain a new License ID. Topic is Open I've used this wonderful suite of print tools for about a year. Couldn't be happier. My office got updated and moved around. I'm trying to install this pack on my new windows machine with my original License ID. It keeps saying the ID in incorrect. It is not. This computer is not and will not be connected to the internet so I can't have it walk itself through getting a newregistration key, then a maching License ID to make this work. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get this back on my machine without an internet connection? Thanks in advance, Brian. Install: License ID Is Incorrect

Topic is Open I am converting text based reports to PDF file the formatting of the text is not aligning properly. this is beacuse there no default font selection available in print pack 2002. If it is available can anyone please let me know. Thanks. System Analyst

Topic is Open We have tried to install PrintPack 2002 on a Win2000 Pro machine. PrintPack finishes installation normally, and asks us to reboot. After rebooting we check the printers, and the only printers listed is the HP LaserJet we have installed. Since this issue this morning, we have tried to re-install the software. Since that did not work, we upgraded to service pack 4, upgraded Internet Explorer, and then tried to re-install and it still will not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Printers are gone

Topic is Open Hiya, I have a word document with a number of pages in it. The document has several portrait pages, then two landscape pages, then a portrait page. The first block of portrait pages is correct the first landscape page is correct the second landscape page is printed in portrait (WHICH IS WRONG!!!) and the final Portrait page is correct. I have produced many documents with this software that go portrait/landscape/portrait before (but only with a single landscape page in the middle). I am trying to get a major proposal out the door and need some urgent assistance on this. I doubt this is relevant, but both landscape pages have embedded excel spreadsheets. regards Jo Portrait/Landscape Issue
