Topic is Open Since upgrading to the latest build of Print2PDF8, we get the error Printer not activated, error code -41 whenever we try to use the printer. The server is activated successfully and the client was installed/updated via the shared printer on the server. This happens with a new install and also an upgrade. We also no longer can change any of the printer properties under the about tab or in printer preferences tab (just opens the about tab). This happens even on the server as the administrator. Printer not activated, error code -41

Topic is Open Hi I get the PDF post-processing error 0x80004002(No such interface supported)when we use Prin2pdf version 8 for the first time everyday, I have 250 users who are getting very annoyed and they come straight to the IT team!!!. We are using Citrix PS4 on Windows 2003 sp2 platform. I logged a support ticket on the 07/10/2009 but have heard nothing, just wondered if anybody else has seen this. Topic is Open I am using Watcher to try and convert 132 column print files to PDF. These files are being created from a main frame application and we rename them to txt so there is not any Windows application to set the page size of the output to legal landscape. What controls the page size for pdf outputs within Software602? It is defaulting to letter portrait which causes the output to do word wrap leaving the data almost unreadable. Problem printing pdf in landscape 132 column txt

Topic is Open I have set my default email handler to Thunderbird (Mozilla) mail. Everytime I go print to email the system always defaults to Outlook. Any ideas? I have lookeed at all the settings..it just seems odd! Print 2 PDF attaches to wrong email program.

Topic is Open When I try to print2PDF and I sellect Properties I only get an About screen. I go to Printers and Faxes and right click on Print2PF then Printing Preferences the About screen comes up. ?????????????? How do I change from Portrait to Landscape? Topic is Open I recently upgraded to Office 2007 and get this error when starting Excel. The RibbonX add-in (Print2PDF.xlam is not in the same folder as this workbook. The custom ribbon cannot be created without it. Any ideas? Excel 2007 Error

Topic is Open i have create a exe file to use on a vista computer, i have activate licens on server 10 client. when i tray to print from microsoft word on vista computer, i get this error Error initializing licens library licens is damaged. after type ok i get this. Your evaluation period has expired.. its work on xp computer and on the server........ error inializing licens libery
