Topic is Open Hello to everyone.
Is there a simple way for
copy - paste mail rules from an user to another user?
Or I have to re-enter manually each rule for every user?
(useful for 'standard' rules...)
Regards Copy & paste mail rules from users

Topic is Open Hi,
I downloaded LanSuite Mail server free for 5 user and i install on a server with 2 NIC's: one for internet and second for internal network with NAT.
Few settings:
- one user (admin)
- permanent connection
- firewall low
- SMTP&POP3 without SSL
- External Antivirus AVG free
- no fax, no proxy, no dhcp
I connect a station through a switch to mail server
I setup e-mail account outlook for e-mail.
So, I can't send & receive mail from station (my account).
At same time, I can't connect through web mail to mail server.
When I disconnect station from switch and I connect through another connection to internet the account works for send & receive and for webmail, web admin and so.
Sorry for my english.
Thank for help. cant access webmail on internal network to server

Topic is Open Hi there,

Any tips on this (even just how to troubleshoot it) would be much appreciated.

I've just noticed that Lansuite is deleting *some* of the mails it collects via POP3.

Basically we run a website and all the mail from the website is sent to another server which our local Lansuite server collects various POP3 accounts from.

What I've found so far...

- The mail isn't coming in via SMTP, it's definitely reaching Lansuite as a result of a regular POP3 collection.

- Certain types of mails from our site always seem to be deleted, though I cant see what is special about them.

- The mails that get deleted are always to an alias, but not *all* mail to aliases are deleted.

- I can see the mail is deleted by looking in the spam.csv in the program directory.

- Next to each mail that it's deleting in the spam.csv it says blacklist and the message type is I.

- There are no blacklist entries under the SMTP section of Lansuite Remote Admin (and as I say with it being POP3 that is presumably irrelevant?).

- Anti-spam is turned totally off.

- We've previously *white*listed the sending domain and that is still set.

..any ideas?

Where can I look to see in more detail why these mails are being deleted?

A prompt reply would be areally big help. I'm supposed to be going on holiday on Monday. ;o)

Cheers,

Andy Some POP3 Mails caught by blacklist, but its off?

Topic is Open i am not sure this is the right way to create a mailing list or distribution list, but i have created an account that i use to forward to 5 internal email accounts in lansuite. well i have 1 account that no matter what i do, does not get the emails send to this forward account. i have delete and recreated the email account with the receiving problem, and nothing, i can add other email account to the forward list, and they all work, except the one in question. i have also tried to create a nick for the account and added the nick to the forward list, and nothing. this users account does not receive any emails sent to the forward account. but he can receive any email directly send to him. i have also delete and recreated the forward account email, with no results. any suggestions to fix this issue.
