Topic is Open I have a question.

During install of the 602 PC suite, I accidentally checked the box to associate all word docs to the 602 programs text version.
Does anyone know if I uninstalled would it bring back the original file association (Word)?
And then if I'd be able to come back online and re-install a fresh download (leaving that box unchecked during the 2nd try installation) PC Suite 2002 install issue

Topic is Open Hi, does 602tab support VBA?

Topic is Open Does anyone know why some of my .doc files appear correctly in preview mode, while others just show up as a small square box? Both kinds of file open okay when double clicked, but I only get a readable preview on the first kind. The second kind shows what seems to be some sort of code.
Any help would be much appreciated. Preview mode?

Topic is Open I have 602Pro Suite installed on three machines. The OS's on these machines are Windows NT 4 Workstation, Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP Professional.

When I log on as 'Administrator' on all three machines and perform the following steps:
1. Create a document in MS Word 2000 (or MS Word XP)
2. open it in 602Text
3. edit it
4. save it in Word 97/2000/XP format
5. open it again in 602Text
Result: Everything works OK.

The problem occurs when I log on to all three machines as a 'User' and follow the above noted steps with a similar document. I save the edited document in Word 97/2000/XP format. When I reopen it, I always see garbage.
Alternatively when I am logged on as a 'User' on all three machines and save the document in Word 6.0,95 format, it always reopens properly!

The bottom line is that SAVING in Word 97/2000/XP format is not working properly only when I am logged on as a 'User'

I have deduced the following already:
1. It is not a particular machines problem since I have tried it on three machines.
2. It is not an OS problem since I have tried it on three NT-based OS's
3. The 602 suite setup package either did not set proper permissions on program files/registry entries or it did not copy the proper configuration files to all user accounts.
4. The permissions on C:\Program Files\Software602 and C:\Program Files\Common Files\soft602 are not a problem since I tried giving 'Users' full control and the problem is still there.

Please advise on how to fix the problem. Windows NT4/2000/XP non-admin User file save issue

Topic is Open How can you set up the size of
the page you are printing?

In 602text there is a place
to select it on page setup.

I tried to setup the normal
template on 602text to check if 602tab would use it, but i got
the same result.
